I have two basic responses:
1. "What's YOUR excuse?"
2. "Does that sound stupid to you?"
Oh! One more!
3. "Your Mom...[fill in the blank]."
i.e. "Your Mom already walks like she's pregnant."
Person: "Wow, you're sooo big!"
You: "Wow, why don't you just SHUT UP!!!!"
Oh, did I say that out loud?
